Best result for us would be a draw. Anyone agree?
16 March 2013 at 4:38 pm #105356I’m actually thinking a villa win will be the best option, even though it will put them 6 points clear of us.
2 reasons, a draw puts QPR above us on GD, so that leaves us next to bottom if Utd beat reading at tea time. That’s not the best position to be in going into the Newcastle game.
Secondly this is a home game for Villa so I’d sooner um get a result at home than QPR getting owt away.
From Matlock to ManU
What a journey!16 March 2013 at 4:42 pm #105357I’m of the view that we need to be clocking up points ourselves (starting tomorrow) and not worry what anyone else is doing

Not being funny fatboy but being in the bottom 3 isn’t the best place to be before playing any game. It doesn’t matter where about in that bottom 3. But to have a team be 6 points ahead rather that 4 is insane. Take your prestricption ffs (smiley face thingy)
16 March 2013 at 5:44 pm #105364i think we are well and truly fooked anyway
16 March 2013 at 6:05 pm #105367It’s tricky, but I think I’d prefer a win by QPR.
Whatever happens at Villa, a win tomorrow and things will look much better.

Just studying the table as QPR equalise. They (and Villa) have played 2 more games than us, so a QPR win wouldn’t be that bad. I don’t understand how a Villa win would be a good result

A draw for me would have been best. It was a must win game for Villa.
6 point gap now off safety as it stands….makes it a must win for us tomorrow I reckon.
16 March 2013 at 9:04 pm #105378think id be far happier being a villa and southampton fan tonight
cant see us beating newcastle
so we can concentrate on getting to a cup final as the league is getting too hard for the likes of us
harsh i know but true16 March 2013 at 9:15 pm #105379Yet more tripe from you Bicky. I’m confident enough. We destroyed Reading and Villa to prove we are a better side which presumably proves that this league is far from too hard for Us. As long as we can stay within 3 points by last game I would fancy us to beat them. So what they beat QPR? In addition to that we go into the game after one of the greatest victories in our history (after beating a top 6 side away from Home) with competition for places finally in and around the squad. It’s pricks like you who write your own team off year in year out. Seriously. Piss off and support another team!
16 March 2013 at 9:19 pm #105380my opinion pal ill say what i want fooking say
16 March 2013 at 9:24 pm #105381Aye. But its tedious to read your constant nonsense whenever there’s a chance to stick the boot into the club or to see ya pop up with a negative comment. We ain’t even played today and you’re at it. This club has grown through positivity and loyal supporters and our loyal Manager getting behind the team. We are about to enter possibly the most exciting period in our history of our beloved club. FFS BELIEVE!
16 March 2013 at 9:32 pm #105382my opinion pal ill say what i want fooking sayQuite right, you can say what you like. If you want to talk shite you can and if I want to say you’re a moron then so can I. So carry on talking shite, it’s what you do
16 March 2013 at 9:34 pm #105383Well those results could have gone better.
Can still see anothert side like Stoke getting dragged into it but the reality is we need 40 points and the other results don’t really matter.
But 40 looking a big ask!
On the subject of Stoke would rather get relegated watching our style of play than the dross Pulis delivers.
