Vital Travel and Latics Away Travel Wembley Trip.

As we did for our trips last year to Belgium and Maribor Vital have come together with Mark (Geko) who runs regular coach trips via latics away travel, our aim was to get the best deal from coach companies so it benefits all our fans, most coach firms won’t touch multi pickups because of the time factor and driver hours, as you know ours run from most parts of Wigan and we have again negotiated this service.

The difference from the Belgium coaches is we have split them up into two groups, Barry(Worbo off Vital) and myself will run the family style coaches that worked so well in our previous Wembley trips and Mark will concentrate on what he does best, sorting you lot who want a ‘lads/girls party type day out.

We are coming together to make the booking process much easier, you will be able to specify and book which type of coach you want to travel on with any of us or our booking agents, that means you can book on Marks trip with Barry or vice versa our family coaches with Mark.

Costs

The cost is £30 per seat and £22 per seat for children under 12 years of age, because of space we must limit the number of childrens seats to two per paying adult. We will require dates of birth for the children. The reduced rate for children applies only to the family coaches.

Carvery at Bicester

Once again the Brewers Fayre have opened their doors to us and agreed to provide us an all you can eat Carvery, this will cost £7 per adult and £3.50 for the u12s, a vegetarian alternative is available on request for this price.(tell us when you book) There is also the full Brewers Fayre menu if you prefer but you will need to sort that out yourself on the day.

As we did for the cup final trip you will be able to pre order your drinks which will be waiting on your designated table to save queuing at the bar, the Carvery needs to be paid for in advance with your coach booking, we will take the drinks order but you make payment for this on the day to the waitress for your table who you will be able to order further drinks from as well.

The Trip

For everyone who travelled with Vital last year the format is the same.

All the family coaches will stop at Bicester on the way down, for anyone not wanting to go in the Brewers Fayre there is a Burger King close by and Bicester Village shopping outlet is a 2 minute walk away and has a number of Designer name shops, restaurants and bars. After leaving Bicester we expect to arrive at Wembley stadium about 2 hours before kick off.

You will follow the same procedure as you have for previous Wembley games, after pickup your coaches will travel straight to Harrow on the Hill, (one tube stop from Wembley) where Mark has booked into the same local pub/hotel as before, this is where your coaches will park up, there are numerous pubs and food outlets here to sample, both before and for a short while after the game, as last time you will make your own way to and from Wembley as soon or late as you like.

I am sorry if this is a bit long winded but I wanted to give you as much information as possible so you can make the most suitable choice of travel.
