I know i am going to get stick over this but i last Saturday night after a few sherberts i ended up on the internet ordering a Vuvezela. Its arrived today and bloody hell does it make some noise.
I think that all the east stand massive should purchase one and make the Vuvezela the sound of NewSpringield.
For once lets be 2 months ahead of everybody else and let other sets of fans pinch the idea of us becuase after the World Cup i wouldnt be surprised if as a few sets of fans start using them.
It will be making its debut against Villa on Tuesday night.

I for one think it would be a great idea to have a few of these at home matches. It would certainly get some much needed noise into the stadium and would be unique.

How much are they Scoffy?[/quote]
I paid £8.50 for mine, only way i could find them any cheaper was to buy 20 for £80 of EBAY, i thought about it but didnt want to be left with them all if people didnt want them.
I took the Vuvuzela on tuesday but got stage fright and couldnt blow it, when it did get blown it was by a lad across the aisle from me.
Also my 8 year old was scared that i would get done of the stewards for blowing it so wouldnt let me blow it most of the time.
Then when the Stewards moved in and kicked them out of ES2 he kept a tight grip on it in the second half.

Try again on Saturday
I’ll look out for a man with a huge blue horn being escorted out of the stadium on saturday

James C, do you still think they are a good idea?????
The Sun were giving away vuvuzelas for free this evening at the Fan Park in Manchester. I must be one of the only people in the world that don’t find them irritating, but my God they can make some noise, some kids at the side of me were blowing them into their friend’s ears, and I got caught out one time.
I honestly think they make a less annoying noise than the current horns that they give out to kids at the DW, it’s slightly louder but the pitch is much lower. They also make for good projectiles, as we discovered when extra time was coming to an end :|
