I was lucky enough to chance upon 2 tickets to see The Rolling Stones at the Ricoh in Coventry last night.
What, you may ask, has this got to do with this forum, WAFC and football.
They were excellent, but I have to say that 5 seconds of Shaun Maloney, Ben Watson and Will Grigg probably beats 2 hours of Mick and his mates as a ‘football stadium experience’. As an aside I really believe that as a composite The Rolling Stones must be the ugliest group, even in the world!! But that maybe a bit harsh.
Despite that if I am half as agile as Mick Jagger in 12 years time and twice as good looking ….. I’ll be pretty happy.
