Good luck today to the Warriors, lets hope they can make it a unique double for our Town.
Nice to also see club Wembley seats totally empty, great that legal touts and speculators are not making money from ordinary fans, 2013 has not been a good year for them.

Shouldn’t this post be on the non football forum under the heading “Who gives a shiny shyte”.
From Matlock to ManU
What a journey!24 August 2013 at 10:10 pm #119778It’s a great double for the town, we should all be proud of our town.
But, after seeing all those rows of empty seats, I won’t hear one more word from the Chubbies about our ‘poor’ support
24 August 2013 at 10:18 pm #11977978,137 isn’t to be sniffed at though.
FA Cup Winners 2013, sounds good that

24 August 2013 at 11:01 pm #119784It was a crap game and I have had more fun taking a dumpI tend to agree to a certain extent with your analogy, but I also felt that about last Saturday against Bournemouth and quite a lot of the game against Doncaster on Tuesday.
25 August 2013 at 1:31 am #119790You are right – it was a crap game. Just as the FA Cup Final was a crap game. And there were empty seats, just as there were in May.
However the facts are that Wigan now have two of the oldest sporting knock-out trophies in their possession – something never done before and probably wont ever happen again.
Well done Wigan!

Correct, but nobody gives a fuck about one of them.

We’ll trump em; by holding two major Cup trophies in the same year ( when we pick up the Carling Cup in February 2014 ) !
25 August 2013 at 1:52 am #119799You got back quick Mutt or was you like all the other sad bastards in a pub watching on the big screen??I live much closer to Wembley than Wigan – Kings Cross is only an hour by train.

Course they don’t. Your crowd last Tuesday and the lack of press coverage shows that.
25 August 2013 at 3:02 am #119803It’s not on the news strangely enough but there was crowd trouble today in the Wigan end.
Mainly handbags etc but 2 blokes had a ding dong before they were chucked out towards the end of match.
