5 January 2019 at 6:29 pm #174835Same old story as you say Stu

5 January 2019 at 8:28 pm #174839Absolutely spot in dony. We had two decent chances .west Brom had a lot more.best team won.
5 January 2019 at 8:59 pm #174841That was a bunch of Albion youngsters and a few veterans. We should really have done better. Our side was changed but nothing much more than it is from week to week these days. Something is really wrong and it’s affecting how we play.
Hopefully somehow this is going to get sorted. Can Powell be our knight and come back and rescue this season?5 January 2019 at 9:11 pm #174843Can’t Rely on a couple player’s come back from injury. Cook needs to take some blame instead of the same dribble.totaly out of his depth. Hurts me saying it but it’s getting behond repair..
5 January 2019 at 9:34 pm #174844Nope …. it was ok!!
Summut up with me? I enjoyed today’s trip out. I had fun. Some dubious refs decisions, not least their goal and our penalty (maybe 2) that never happened. Some surprising attacks, some near goals. Lotsa corners we make nothing off. Some Boycee-esque goal line saves. A shot towards the goal. A figueroa back pass. Then McDonald came on, partnered with James and we looked almost as if …… well, anything could happen and before that it looked almost as if nowt may happen. There is hope!! Added to that I met up with some good Wigan fans, I heard some passionate support and was able to get away with talking almost rubbish for most of the game. I don’t need therapy … this is my therapy. Roll on AVFC!! A removal from the real world. Callum and Mcdonald MoMs, even though they weren’t for 90 minutes between them. Naismith confounded his doubters. Whats more I got in on my unused boxing day ticket.

Hurts me saying it but it’s getting behond repair..He is spot on with what he said though. 1st 15 all us, we miss 2 chances and then they score with their first effort and we go into our shell and get battered for the next half hour or so.
Last 10 we pushed on but not enough up top sadly.
5 January 2019 at 11:01 pm #17485290 minutes in a game fella.its about putting the ball in the onion bag pal.
5 January 2019 at 11:03 pm #174853Im aware of that but clearly theres a confidence issue. We start well and are in games until we go 1 down and then we collapse. Reminds me of mackays time. Hammer a side, miss a load of chances and end up losing 3 0 to a side that has 4 shots.
6 January 2019 at 12:38 am #174855That’s down to the manager to motivate players and get their confidence up.if the players can’t lift their selfs who else can only the manager and probably coaching staff.
