Great game & actually enjoyed watching it. Difficult to pick a MOM as all played really well but thought Colclough edged it.

No wonder fans have left CL in numbers.

        Have they?

Reece James was outstanding up the left last night and Dan Burn covered him great to allow him the freedom to advance.
I always think we look more dangerous with James and Jacobs on the left.
Nathan Byrne is also improving all the time on the right and was especially good in the 2nd half.
In fact all the team looked good last night, credit to them all, and credit to Paul Cook for jiggling it about a bit and getting the players to bounce back after the dissappointment of last Saturday.

Will Grigg also played a big part, off the ball creating space for the midfielders to score the goals again.

TBF fil, a fitter & match-sharper grigg would have buried that chance. That’s if you are referring to the one where he did all the hardwork, then skied his shot over the bar.
