No doubt you where all at the game, maybe still are outside hoping to catch bobby on his way out for an autograph.

I know you will all be on here later, slating anyone who dares criticise the great bobby in any shape or form, telling us how you love this club, and dont care what division its in etc.

Well for the club to expect people to pay money to watch that dross, week in week out, on perhaps the worst pitch in the top 3 divisions, led by a manager who spends his entire time stood in the technical area, hoping and praying that no one will notice he doesnt have the mettle to see the team through this terrible dip in form, they must be numb to not understand why people are losing interest. I work and live away, so cannot attend. No doubt the Superfans will remark thats a good thing. But its not just me who is losing interest, there are more and more each week.

Bobby has lost a good portion of the fans now, (not the Superfans i grant you – the ones who take great delight in pointing out that anyone who did not go to Bristol away in 1993 are not real fans), but the fanbase that was building through the last few years.

People, be it a superfan, moaner, optimist or pessimist all pay the same money that adds up for the club. And the club certainly cant get by on the income from fans who would applaud a spaniel in a latics shirt crimping one off on the penalty spot if Martinez had picked him.

If he has anything about him he will just quit, instead of pretending he is in charge of players who he was never in the same league as (technically that is correct, and skill wise it is correct), who clearly have no faith or desire to play for him.

Hutchings, Mathias and Rioch where sacked for less.

Have to agree, Martinez as not got a clue, How can you play 451 and look like you will never score let alone go forward, Then we think there is a god he changes things and he goes 442 and we have spurs on the back foot for ten minutes, Then he reverts back to 451 and we look like we will let more goals in, How can this be :? Time this manager went because i feel if this team could score goals if we played the right system, but this manager is scared to death of going forward and shows no emotion on the sideline we might as well have a statue,

Just have a read of this drivel from Martinez on the 9-1 humiliation given to us by Spurs….

              http://www.skysports.com/story/0,19528, … 68,00.html

“The result we had at White Hart Lane was a very painful experience at the time but I was extremely proud of the way the players reacted and we are a stronger football club as a result.

“Humiliation in football is when you don’t find the answers and we had a great win at home to Sunderland.

“You look at the best sportsmen in the world and the ones that have had the biggest disappointments and the way they reacted are the ones that make a difference.

“You will never see a successful sportsman that has not overcome a big disappointment in their career.

“Until you experience that you will never be as good as you can be because it is all about how you adapt and make decisions after that.

“So I don’t see it as a negative note at all.”

Is this fella sane??? He doesnt see getting smashed 9-1 as a negative. Seriously, the quicker he quits or is scaked, the better. He is clearly not on the same planet as most folk. If he had been the Manager of Boca Juniors and they had been turned over 9-1 in their league, not only would he have been sacked, but he and his entire back room staff would have been run out of town.

Well, I’ve decided once and for all, after this afternoon. (See my own thread-to be posted in a minute)

The guy simply says too much. I haven’t seen his response after today, but no doubt he’ll mention some “Positives” and finding “Solutions to our problems”.

I’m sorry now, but after defending the guy for the past few weeks, in order to give him a chance, I would be relieved if news broke tomorrow that he’d resigned.

If he has any self respect, he will. Won’t hold my breath, though.

Martinezjust doesn’t have the respect of the players. Time he made a positive decision and handed his notice in to9 Whelan. Good ridance to him.

Why should anyone who went today be considered a “super fan”? I was there today, dont regard myself as a super fan, just a fan of the club. Some people should try it, I realise its a novel concept to some, sticking by the team when they’re struggling. We can all sit at home and watch it on t’internet or go and watch it in the pub, but thats not supporting the team, getting off your backside and getting down to the stadium is.

We’re struggling at the moment, need people to stick by the team, not be labelled “super fans” simply because they make the effort to get down there and support them.

Must agree on the 4-5-1. We now have two, possibly three good wingers in n’Zog, Moses and Sinclair plus a choice of three strikers in Moreno, Rodallega and Scotland yet he insists on using one striker on the wing and playing one up front. The balls up to Moreno today were meat and drink to their centre backs so nothing came from them. Let’s play a proper 4-4-2. Can’t be any worse can it?

Bear in mind that the ‘great post’ comment is from the man who claims he is going to the training ground to tell Martinez a few home truths.

No, I meant Ticslad. I don’t think he’s been further afield than Billinge.
