      Latics tenants appealed against their points deduction for cheating and win the appeal.

        Rightfully so based on past cases. Saints were only fined for overspending by 22k and the 14k wigan overspent by isn’t in the threshold for a points deduction of any sort.

        RFL trying to throw their weight about basically.
