Very enjoyable evening, David Lowe looks fit enough to still be playing,Peter Atherton scored a 30 yard screamer and more important £500 was raised towards the Emma Hoolin Fund.

one last thing – contrary to the rumours rodellega and de santo had not been coaching ashton athletics strikers.

So you were there as well? It’s good to be able to watch a game of football with no stress attached. Highlights are Peter Atherton’s screamer from inside the centre circle and goalkeeping error!

Really wished I could have been there tonight but couldn’t.

Good to see you not resisting the temptation to have a sneery dig, LMB. Status Quo, and all that

what is going on with a poxy Football club pales into insignificance my friend when it comes to this little sweet hearts plight and I think even LMB knows that. is there a link to where you can donate money?. I don’t know it I live in Leyland.

You really are a detestable, pathetic troll aren’t you?

Smallest opportunity to have a “sneery dig” at me you take it, even when I know you understand fully my light hearted analogy.

You are so predictable, I am waiting now for a response from your alter ego meretricious micky with his tawdry prose in your support.

        sorry forgot these ;) ;) ;)

Light-hearted implies funny. You’re about as unfunny as it ever gets.

I don’t know about trolling, but as I have said many times I will almost always react to sneery, unfunny digs at the club and the team. There’s therefore no need to troll you as it happens with almost every post.

        Oh, here you go… ;)

cos he is in the know you know, who he doesnt know is not worth knowing, knowing this he knows whats what and knows he knows more than anyone else in the know, in fact knows all except for things he does not know of which he knows there are none cos he knows someone at the club.

It brought back great memories of standing watching the game, having a beer and a chat with other people watching the game. People who were mingling on the terraces included Bernard from TNS, Barry from Vital, Jonathan Jackson (CEO), Antony Clarke (Commercial Director), Poshtic and many more.

Agree about Lowey, man he still has some pace, but missed a couple of sitters for his hattrick, Athertons goal was superb and the atmosphere was brilliant.

All in all a good night, made a lot better knowing that a few more bob was raised for the cause.
