Seemingly a pub in Manchester was closed by police on Saturday because they were singing Rule Brittania and it was causing offence. (according to a friend on facebook) Hope that that’s not true.

Why sing ‘Rule Britannia’ on St George’s Day? It’s a day associated with being English, not British.
