Just thought i’d take a quick look at the stats for the premiership this year and i know in these kind of games everything is thrown in the air, but still interesting anyway.
Stoke have lost 4 times at home this season with Fulham the last ones to beat them on Dec 28th last year.
Wigan have won three times away this season at Tottenham, Wolves and Blackpool. Blackpool being the only away win this year. (Prem)
i’m usually an optimist but i have a dark feeling for what will happen on Sunday. I hope i’m wrong, however, I’m not to sure the stats about us getting back to back wins is very good.
god i hope they prove the stats wrong – every part that can be will be crossed, the lucky socks on, the 2006 season JJB vest, the 2000 wembley ply off scarf on, etc. Then i might lock myself in a dark room (the toilet) and come out at 6. trouble is i don’t know whether i’ll be sitting on the bog or barfing into it.
