This chap called HORC,who sits in my seat was on about it being difficult to renew STs on line. Well I’ve got news for him; it took abart 1 min 15 secs in total to purchase my seat; but I’m not going to sit in it all season :woohoo: :woohoo:

Well I’ve got news for him; it took abart 1 min 15 secs in total to purchase my seat; but I’m not going to sit in it all season :woohoo: :woohoo:It only took me a minute to get to the check out, but it wouldn’t confirm the order. I emailed the club, and eventually they admitted there was a problem with renewing using Chrome.
I then tried Safari and couldn’t even log in.
Next I tried Firefox and it all went fine until the bank asked me for authentication, I chose my home number, and it rang straight away. It asked me to press any key to get the code. My home phone then went on the blink, and wouldn’t let me press any keys.
I then had to ring the RBS, who asked me about 10 security questions, then said everything was sorted and to now continue with the transaction. I went back to the ticket page, and the BASTARD page had expired.
Eventually after reloading everything it all went through, and I am now the proud owner of a new season ticket. It was hard work and effing frustrating, and I’m not even going to sit in the bloody seat all season.
Let’s hope it’s worth it and that is the only Latics frustration that you experience all season ! Must say; very charitable buying a season ticket then letting someone else sit in it all season long
No that’s cos he’ll be stood up screaming at Cooky to get another striker on!If you stand up and scream and shout in the East Stand you run the risk of being thrown out.
Easy renew than ring up and moveI rang up yesterday to renew mine & my sons. It would cost me £10 extra to renew over the phone. I thanked them & said i will do it online instead.
If you do it in the West Stand you’ll be sectioned.
They don’t like that sort of thing there.Football grounds in this country have become that sanitised these days, its more like going to the theatre.

I had the same problem with Chrome twice it wouldn’t let me authenticate had to ring them twice eventually sorted using Windows Explorer. Scandalous charging a tenner by phone or in person. :angry:
