As it happens, my personal view is changing in so much as I think now that he might actually go. But that’s only a “might” and it’s by no means certain they’ll offer it to him anyway.
He will fly out next week ! I didn’t say he was on his way now did I ? Personally I think they will choose AVB but given the chance the recently signed 3 yr contract would pale into insignificance as most contracts do these days !! ;)

I know it can be a bit frustrating hearing Whelan talking up players/managers that come good as if to put them in the shop window but surely this is one of our biggest attractions to young talented players that they can follow a similar route as the likes of Valencia without the club digging their heels in.

Fook me Hindley, you still are one miserable get sometimes!I didnt get the impression Whelan was pushing him out of the place when he was interviewed.He seemed almost to be talking Martinez out of it in my view.
If he goes and the club make some money out of it then so be it he’d have been lucky to get interviewed at Hartlepool never mind Liverpool after that Swansea game in march.

Just had a fantastic end to the season and your still miserable.I have never said Roberto can do no wrong but even with his poor seasons he kept us up so no panic no need to be a drama queen about it is there !?!?
Makes me laugh at the thought you think he should of come in and the team instantly start playing like they did at the back end of last season you sound like a Liverpool fan…
