I’m not getting to excited as we usually have nothing to get excited about. Bob may know who he wants but wether the funds are available for those players god knows.
I expect us to sell our best players and sign rubbish and make a nice profit in the transfer window. Hope i’m wrong but I wouldn’t bet on it!!!!

Are you and many other supporters coming round to the realisation that Mr. Whelan is clearly an asset stripper, nothing more nothing less?
How can he be an asset stripper when he was the one who got the club to where it currently is? It’s not as if he bought a successful club and is running it into the ground?
If he’s taking money out (as you suspect), he’s merely taking out what he put in!
Mr Walker…surley your not suggesting that Whelan put in his own personal fortune and paid £M’s to put us where we are??
I think Mr Whelan should sell his house, all his assets or mortgage our attendances for 200 years and sign Kaka for £200M and Ronaldo for £200M….then we can win the league, Europe, the world cup and then everyone will come and watch us at the ….err….DW stadium (providing he didn’t sell that to pay for players) and we will get a gazillion fans on a week…..

You simply listed every footballer’s name that’s been printed in the papers for the last 4 weeks. Throw enough s*** and some will stick.
