The cross keys “10.55” flag went to every ground in the first prem season , the problem we had was space to put it up .Apart from Sunderland and Boro there was just nowhere to hang it .
Tried to put it up for the Spurs game at home and the stewards made me take it down .

Agree they had to copy of OUR GREAT GAME peanut hugging GOBSHOITES GYPOS.Rent a ground NO Shame some folk :lol: :lol: :lol:I remember the Cross Keys flag, the used to have a St George’s flag but then upgraded to a bigger flag which was Blue, think it was still a St George’s cross but in Wigan colours. Haven’t seen it since our Championship days.As for the Golbourne flag, I remember it well, appears on the 10 of the Best DVD at the bottom of the South Stand. My advice to anyone who owns a flag is take it, I am going to start taking mine again and think everybody who owns one should get their worth out of it. Trust me original golbourne, you can’t blame your flag for our performances in those games and nobody will pinch it if you leave it at the bottom of the Family Stand, I always left mine where I couldn’t see it,
especially away from home.

I am thinking of getting a new flag from Barmy Flags, it will be the horizontal split (Blue and White) with either WAFC or WE COME FROM WIGAN at the top and WE LIVE IN MUDHUTS at the bottom. My current flag is 10ft x 5 or 6ft and is the perfect size.
Who here or any know who owns the flags (2 or 3) that are lined up in ES1 (empty section)? They are at every/most home game/s.

my lad might be taking it to city tommorrow neat but dosent no if he can manage it, burned his hand at workI’ll be at City tomorrow with my flag making it’s 1st appearence this season.
Looking forward to seeing some of the new and old flags down at the next home game.
