With the news of Roberto sticking with Latics rather than being tempted to a bigger club starting to appear I must say what a refreshing change this is in our greed infested Premier League.
Like many on here I have had a go at Bob for one thing and another but this news is like a breath of fresh air in the game today if only for his reasons for staying.
Whelan has stuck with Bob through thin and thin and now he repays the chairman for that.
Hope the improvement keeps up and we can advance another 8 pts next year.
