      Congrats to Wigan MBC. They have yet again been caught out & surprised by the snow. This is despite it being bloody forecast at least 5 days ago. :shock: :shock: :shock:

                        Yet again Wigan Council dont cover themsleves in Glory and those that vote them in deserve what they get…

                        Not difficult to grit after the snow ploughs have been round, most drives you see people did it themsleves and this morning no snow on them. Why cant the council work that out????
