Wigan is a Shi t hole!

I believe this a country wide problem not just a wigan problem!

I suspect the lack of achievement or drive for the majority of people, be it the welfare state or the poor quality of work in the area, has a lot to do with it. The average chav aspires to own a pit bull or similar dog as their biggest achievement in life.

A couple of years ago, I got the urge to star afresh and move myself and my family down to rural-ish Shropshire.I went down and had a look around Market Drayton, which struck me as a rather picturesque market town, situated on a river, and I envisaged warm summers nights fishing, and picnicking as a family.
I had a look around, and sampled the local delights, a pint of fine ale, some cheese, and some wonderful ginger bread. It seemed a lovely place. And then it happened.

Walking down the main street, back to the car, I walked passed a lad and a girl aged about 18 or 19. She looked like your average Wigan Giro tart, big earrings, rings, pink top, tracky bottoms.He had a baseball cap on, t-shirt, tracky bottoms. He was effin and blindin into his mobile about “getting jumped” the night before. He had a massive black eye.

This made me think. Wherever you go there are scum of the earth and chavs.
I happen to think that Wigan is no better or no worse than anywhere else.

The outer suburbs are nice enough. Its the council estates and inner shitholes that let the place down.
