Ah – I’ve found the source – the Nottingham Post who say Forest are showing an interest in him now their transfer embargo has been lifted and “they are free to recruit players and push on from last season’s 16th place finish in the Sky Bet Championship.”

All the talk is how much more money there is now in the PL so if Palace want Max then put an obscene price on his head to match the massive increase in revenue in the greed league and don’t budge an inch on what we want to let him go. Its the only way the money will filter down the divisions.
