I hope the new players we have signed turn out to be great, but will Roberto finally realise we do not have the players to play football like Man Utd, Arsenal, Chelsea etc?
Hoefully the formation at Sunderland will be Moses on left, NZogbia on right and Mareno with Rodallega up front.
Rather than trying to play pretty football, get the ball down each wing as fast as possible and let Victor and Charles rain in crosses.
If we can do that and start getting a few goals, it will breed confidence. May be the players are as disheartened at being told to play in a way they can not, lets make teams worry about playing us and turn our defence into the meanie it once was.
We have been knocked out of cup, so its a bit sickening saying this, but if we can treat each of our remaining games like a cup final and work hard we have a chance.
Beat Sunderland on Saturday and we have a little breathing space, but lose and with Spurs and Liverpool the next two, it will be a lot harder.
