It was shocking Leyland. So defensive, so disjointed. There is no urgency or any kind of plan whatsoever.

Well we have sunk to an all time low. You can say “Well the players aren’t good enough” but even taking that into account you organise you side.
What I saw tonight was total disarray. Players not a clue what their role was and for the last 20minutes we looked like we were 1-0 down
and down to 10 men with our backs to the wall.
Even if your players aren’t at that level at least organise them and make it hard for teams to break us down. At the end their midfielders combined to pin us in simply because we’d jack she*t width and pace.As for that comment, sooner win Saturday we’ll let me tell you something. I heard that sh1te in 2013 and I said we can make the final.
We had a perfect opportunity to get to the 5th round, bit of team spirit in the camp similar to Southampton, a win in the cup can galvanise players.
I’m sorry but watching that tonight was as bad as it gets. Scully might as well get a part time cleaning job because it’s obvious no manager likes him.
Bennett has gone, McClean turned back at every opportunity and as for Power !??? FFS I could go round him.
And using those players and those non existent tactics there’s only result Saturday and it ain’t us.Transfer window expiring and so far Caulker who looks worthy and a couple of untried kids. Why haven’t we sent Fletcher packing to release a wage,get Humps back cos surely he’s an improvement on Fletcher and Magennis. Went tonight then drove to work. Lost for words….shockingly dire performance and can’t see Saturday being better.
When Kolo came in you knew he had inherited a poor side granted but never blame your tools I say you have to muck in there’s lots of unused options even loanees you can drag back.
I thought at least Kolo will try something different and tonight proved at least one thing the Kolo is an ex defender with 5 at the back left & right back def not wing backs (Bennett please don’t) Naylor in front so effectively 6 at the back possibly 7 because right now I can’t call Power a midfielder.
For me and plenty others, if your going to do that then you need a quick thinking midfield and blistering pace to go on the break

To me it’s like Kolo has found Richardson’s notepad and picked up were he left off. But the worse for me was, with 30 minutes to go bar the back 5 I couldn’t figure out were the other 5 were going or what their strategy was, they looked like headless chickens.Some might say, “It will be be a different story Saturday” really ?
