Premiership next year think pos but will Roberto go if we are in the Championship or will he try to get us back to all the premiership primadonna’s
20 April 2013 at 10:00 pm #110260Don’t you know?
He’s replacing Jose at Real Madrid !!! ;)
20 April 2013 at 10:02 pm #110263I don’t think he will want to leave us having taken us down
20 April 2013 at 10:08 pm #110265Hope he stays but not if he doesn’t tweak his football ethos as I for1 think it’ll stink the gaff out in the rough and tumble that is the championship .
20 April 2013 at 10:08 pm #110266Real fighting relagation that would be fun
20 April 2013 at 10:09 pm #110269once we go be hard to return , its ok being in prem league but you need financial backing above the likes of whelan to compete
as for our club dont think their will be many wanting to buy whelan out WHEN he decides to sell
anyway
so could be a bleak future for this club, and fansbut not over yet 5 wins out of 5 and we will be fine ;)

20 April 2013 at 10:22 pm #110274Why would big clubs want him great to watch football but no end product
20 April 2013 at 10:24 pm #110276You have got his excuse all ready for Relegation.THE PLAYERS ARE NOT GOOD ENOUGH.His ‘Getout.Go to Denmark for players. That should keep them happy for a year or two.HA HA HAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA.
20 April 2013 at 10:50 pm #110279Why would big clubs want him great to watch football but no end productPerhaps they may think that with a 15 – 20 million, 15-20 goal a season striker, there might well actually be an end product !!
Just a thought?? ;)
20 April 2013 at 10:53 pm #110280If worst happened, I think he’ d stay. I think the club means more to him than just his job. What players we could keep I don’t know, though European football will help retain and recruit those. Parachute payments will help on that front also.
It ain’t over yet though, it’s been a massive week. A week till next game to regroup, refresh mind and body. Positive thing is we are playing reasonably well, have experience of these scraps, have a winnable game in hand and face our nearest contenders at home on final day.
20 April 2013 at 11:14 pm #110284A place in the Third Qualifying Round of the Europa League isn’t an attraction for players.
It’s just an inconvenience early in the season.
20 April 2013 at 11:31 pm #110287he should of already fooked off fa cup is taking away the truth its his third year at wigan and apart from this year in the fa cup are we any better off NO been bottom nearly all last season and this this is Martinez team he has bought and play the way he wants them to play
20 April 2013 at 11:51 pm #110290How costly is that bad performance at Q,P,R Gona be?Three points was needed there, just a thought. ;)
