See two centre forwards on the pitch at the same time ever again while Bobs in charge ???????????
14 September 2010 at 9:58 pm #46375Just so you know, you don’t have to put your username in the name of every thread you post.
In answer to your question, probably not. And if we see two strikers (which we usually do) one will be out of position.
14 September 2010 at 10:02 pm #46378Just so you know I been putting my username down for quite a while and will carry on doing :)
14 September 2010 at 10:04 pm #46379If that floats your boat, don’t see that point myself though.
15 September 2010 at 12:08 am #46391I think we had 2 up front against Sunderland during most of the second half, not sure it was a conventional 4 4 2 and couldn’t work out our formation in all honesty, largely because Di Santo was everywhere, when he came on.
15 September 2010 at 12:09 am #46392See two centre forwards on the pitch at the same time ever again while Bobs in charge ??????????? :lol:Try paying attention at games, we had 3 recognised strikers on the pitch at one point on Saturday.
The game against Blunderland was the first time I have ever thought Bobby was bang on with his substitutions.
15 September 2010 at 12:13 am #463944 2 3 1
15 September 2010 at 12:49 am #46399See two centre forwards on the pitch at the same time ever again while Bobs in charge ??????????? :lol:Di Santo
Rodallega
Boselli…. they all did the pre-match warm up on the pitch, linked up well might I add ;)
15 September 2010 at 3:06 am #464174 2 3 1 :oops:Don’t get embarrassed, I also sometimes get confused when counting down from 4.
15 September 2010 at 5:17 am #464214 2 3 1 :oops:Di Santo and N’Zogbia came on the 53rd minute and we played 442 from then on in. Even when Boselli went off later on we still had Di Santo and Rodallega played up front together.
15 September 2010 at 10:32 am #46423Oh were all Premiership managers now are we! he was best thing since sliced bread last week now you question him! stick to the computer games and let the lad get on with it hey!!! :x
15 September 2010 at 11:45 am #464284 2 3 1 :oops:Nearly there, counting must not be your strong point….
Pointless question award for the week.
15 September 2010 at 8:25 pm #46490Maybe I just imagined it , but for a part of the first half especially I thought we went to a 5 – 3 – 2 system , with Boselli & Hugo up top & Fig & Stam as wing backs. Did I imagine that ? :?
Then after going behind we were virtually playing 4 – 2 – 4 , with Zog & Cleverley as out and out wingers.
How positive and flexible is that, and all in one game.

di santo played a midfield role !
there is a thread on here about how every body thought he was just a striker & how good he looked in minfield !!!!!15 September 2010 at 9:20 pm #46501Maybe I just imagined it , but for a part of the first half especially I thought we went to a 5 – 3 – 2 system , with Boselli & Hugo up top & Fig & Stam as wing backs.
