Good deadline day. Signed some good players and offloaded some shitWho’s actually come in today? Just windass?
Windass is an attacking midfielder so he will back up jacobs, powell and massey nicely along with McManaman.
Connolly arrived on loan yesterday and is the second left back we need.
Dont know the latest on Max who was heading to Sunderland which would weaken our defensive midfield options but Shaun McDonald could be back and theres allways Gibson if he can stay fit.
Alltogether we seem to have cover in all areas.
Onwards and upwards.Connolly is saying that he now wants to establish himself as a midfielder and played there for the tractor boys.
He played right back for us during his first loan spell, so can’t see that he will be our back up left back somehow.From Matlock to ManU
What a journey!There you go JR he made such an impact last time I couldn’t remember which side he played on. To be fair to him under Yootha god help him and he has had another years experience so he could be handy to have in the squad.
So we have no back up at left back or a permanent left back. Let’s just hope the youngster doesn’t get injured then.
