If Joyce is so good coaching and bringing young players through keep him at the club but in charge of our scouting/ development squad. First team need a manager with experience and done what the players have done knows and understands them manage and motivate them. Also set them up tactically to get the best out of every player all our players wanted to win saturday Joyce dececions made that unlikely.

Totally agree. Said it many times a manager should look like one and wear a suit.
A manager who stands there on a freezing day in shorts looks like an ex player who wishes he still was playing and is struggling to make the switch to being a “manager”.
