I don’t think he has bought Villa mutt himself and another mega rich guy are just investors are they not. That’s the way I understand it to be though I may be wrong. Our takeover has taken a hell of a long time there’s no disputing that marrer

This takeover is taking a long time because DW will be arguing about light bulbs and stuff!I heard it was the amount of toilet rolls holding up proceedings.

I remember Me Sharpe being interviewed on the pitch before the Fylde game and the reporter asking him a question about the outside interest in Latics.
Fair enough.
I certainly don’t think things have fallen through so there must be a simple reason. Maybe they want to takeover at the start of the season (ie next) or the financial year. Or maybe, combining 4 businesses into 1 is taking longer than expected.
The fact they are at home games still though can only be a positive sign.
