According to Nixon The bid has been rejected and the Yanks have walked.
Well done fatman and gobbin.
18 September 2020 at 8:21 pm #189451Yeah, the Americans didn’t offer enough, well enough so admin get paid. In all of this Admin have not once turned down any offers for anything (first offer accepted) that’s until the last items for sale and why ?, It’s pay check time.
If they don’t get enough they don’t get paid. So basically admin will send us under.
Like I said from day one, nothing more than greedy fcukin scumbags, pure poison. They don’t give a fcuk I hope they rot in hell
18 September 2020 at 9:35 pm #189454Pissing me off these admins but if the price is 3.5m then it’s 3.5m
18 September 2020 at 9:53 pm #1894563.5 million for a club with hardly any assets, no income, a stadium that loses money and can’t be used for any other business. Can’t see why anyone would touch it with a bargepole.
18 September 2020 at 10:12 pm #189457Looks like you right roy
18 September 2020 at 10:56 pm #189458Digging their heels in for something that’s worthless to everyone else bar us and the rugby.
There’ll be that many covenant’s rules and regs with the stadium it’s not worth anything.
As for the statement:-
£3.5 million it’s £3.5 million ?,I didn’t hear the cnuts say that with Moore, Kipre, Lowe, Geldgardt, Windass, Morsey, etc , oh and Euxton.
Did they hold out for more ?, did they fcuk !! . Swansea boss recently said “We stole Lowe”. We never even negotiated, first offer, gone !.
It’s different now they want wages, fcukin scum I hope that if we disappear they get sweet fcuk all
Scum scum scum19 September 2020 at 12:38 am #189461Krasner said ” We are not her to run a football club”,
The way you are dealing this, there wll be NO
football club left to manage.SOUTHEND UNITED, beware, of these Admin firms,
they will strip you naked, and walk away with your
your clothes.19 September 2020 at 7:15 am #189462Unless there is someone in the wings willing to meet Admins valuation we will go into liquidation and all remaining assets will be sold privately or sent to an auction.
So let’s say the ground goes to auction and is sold for I don’t know £500,000, or worse, remains unsold? what happens then? and why were we closed down ? because it doesn’t meet “THEIR” valuation. How comical does that sound after selling everything for nothing.
Where’s our council and huff n puff Nandy ?, don’t they have a stake in the ground ??. What do they have to say about it ??19 September 2020 at 8:47 am #189464The valuation covers the debts. The football club has none but the stadium does. Seeing as the stadium hasn’t been able to bring any monry in this is the only way I presume.
If the yanks wanted the club they’d have met the asking price weeks ago amd maybe then we wouldn’t have needed to sell a few players for the grand sum of £3 nothing. I don’t think they were ever genuine or that interested.
19 September 2020 at 8:59 am #189465I agree…alleged wealth in the billions then pissing around for weeks doesn’t sound like they were really that hot on us. Doesn’t excuse these turd administrators……lying, immoral no conscience greedy gits.

I believe the council own 15% of the stadium. The administrator is selling an 85% stake in it.
I dont know what you expect Lisa Nandy to say about it, when negotiations are strictly between the court-appointed administrators and potential bidders. As due diligence needs to be followed, any comment on bids made by someone with influence could be seen as prejudicial and result in one of the parties suing if it goes pear shaped.
If it comes down to it, and nobody wants the stadium, I can see the council taking a controlling interest in it, with perhaps some sort of deal that the owners of both tenants take a 24.5% stake in return for new tenancy agreements that are fair for all parties and reflect their part-ownership.
I can see why Leneghan wouldnt want 85% of a stadium that is losing money and needs a lot spending on it, but I can see him being interested in a 24.5% stake in it with a share of the catering income and a reduction in rent.
I dont think we’ll have much longer to wait to find out. The administrators have got nothing left to sell now.
19 September 2020 at 1:22 pm #189477I dont think it’s down to just the Yanks not really being bothered it’s down to this pathetic admin group being impossible to deal with. I’m sure once we have died and been buried somewhere later down the line it will all come out and Fatman and Gobbin will have uncomfortable questions to answer. Once its proved if the Yanks did actually offer 5 million some weeks ago then the assets were stripped by these villains we can only hope some kind of legal action against them can be brought.
19 September 2020 at 1:54 pm #189478If the cost of the debts was higher than 5m then they done nothing wrong in rejecting. Thsts what people dont get. If the debts arent paid they wont sell.
The football debts are paid but we still have non football debts we need to pay
19 September 2020 at 1:55 pm #189479Hopefully the supporters club can tell us what the issues are. Ad?
