Official Supporters Club are putting on a day coach, so we can go to the Christmas markets for a few hours before the game.
Train is £40 return, last train 10.05 and it is a good 20 minute taxi from ground. So realistically you’ll have to leave at 9.30pm…. or stay
OWASC Coach is £18
FA Cup Winners 2013, sounds good that
24 November 2023 at 1:22 pm #201357Need a ticket first

25 November 2023 at 11:13 am #201366Not heard that there’s a shortage of tickets so hope you got one ok
26 November 2023 at 9:02 am #201369We’ve only been selected for TV viewing because the Beeb are hoping we get humiliated !
Hope Sean plays his strongest line-up.27 November 2023 at 8:16 am #201376With the forecast cold snap later this week the tie is surely a huge doubt as from the bit of research I’ve done they don’t have under soil heating. Would guess they’d have some contingency plan….covers/blowers etc……fingers crossed.
29 November 2023 at 10:23 pm #201393Are the York tickets E-tickets ? I got the email confirmation but no attachment
2 December 2023 at 12:40 am #201402Just got back from York brew and a phone flick and to be honest we got a result which was about as positive a view I can give.
But it seems Maloneys back to this pile of dog sh*t play it along the back 30 times then launch it.
J.Jones is back to run 3yrd turn back while the rest couldn’t string 2 passes together.
Like I said the positive was we won the 2 negatives
Back to Martinesque style football and Bolton’s now a midweek game2 December 2023 at 12:40 am #201403Just got back from York brew and a phone flick and to be honest we got a result which was about as positive a view I can give.

If you build on your performances then we’d be lucky get out the footings. Why do players insist on fcukin passin when there’s half of Haigh Hall to run into !!!???.
2 strides pass regardless if there’s opposition pressure. The few times Jones and Hughes moved forward “With” the ball York basically opened up.Honestly that style of football doesn’t suit the players we have. Let’s hope the 3rd round gives us someone easy because a big Prem would tear our pants down and dry football bum us if we play like that well especially the first half
2 December 2023 at 1:23 am #201406Just got back myself…took the journey home to thaw out. Agree with you albeit difficult conditions, pitch started to glaze over late on. I fear Humphreys will be tempted away come summer unless we use some of the 20k plus a week saved when Magennis/Wyke move on to persuade him to sign. Job done on a cold night but certainly not a great performance.

It wasn’t a case of Maloney reverting to the dire long ball crap. It was more a case of a very defensive set up by York which we found hard to break down. Godo & Jones were phenomenal the other night, yet hardly got a sniff last night. I thought from very early on that the game was going to be decided by the one goal.
2 December 2023 at 10:42 am #201410Agree York were very defensive but…… The times players actually ran with the ball at feet rather than pass it we were dangerous and scored.
I understand it was difficult conditions but for me it’s no excuse for snail like passing side to side or running 10ft then turn back.
I actually thought we’d turned a corner especially when J.Jones put in some top performances by simply running with it but sadly we’ve reverted back.
As soon as York went direct balls into big guys they were a threat, only poor finishing stopped a replay.Humphrys will not be here next year that’s for sure he’s come on 10 fold. I just hope the club has sense to try and sell in Jan and cash in
2 December 2023 at 5:36 pm #201413Also,
I hope the club maintain the way they sell FA Cup tickets by attendance
If you attended Exeter and York first dibs
If you attended 1 of those games 2nd dibs
Anything else general sale.Finally
What do you think the chances of us drawing Bolton ??
