15 November 2012 at 2:11 am #96639He’s got a better touch than jimmy savile !!
15 November 2012 at 2:14 am #96640Magnificent goodpost goodpostHe really is, alot of my mates have always said he’s overrated, I have always admired him, tonight he’s reminded me why, and why he’s played at so many top clubs, he’s a legend, and that goal has to be top 5 ever?
15 November 2012 at 2:29 am #96642Incredible 4th, 2nd and 3rd weren’t too shabby either.
Mind you, …Joe Hart… has been found out on several occasions this season, needs to get back to his form of old
Poland, Sweden (England), Real Madrid, Ajax, Other (City) …
Wrapped up in his own importance, been reading the papers too much ???
Long live Ali A-H (excused the blip at Manure)!
15 November 2012 at 11:33 am #96652I to was a doubter but not after last night ,however it was a reserve side towards the end and I doubt they would have scored.
Let’s hope Joe hart finds his form after November hey…
15 November 2012 at 1:01 pm #96654He’s obviously got somet or else he wouldn’t have played for so many top clubs across Europe but I can honestly say that on every other occasions I have seen him play (which admittedly isn’t many) my reaction has been what an over-rated bag of biz
Have only seen the last goal from last night but hell, even Pat Gavin once scroed a peach from near the half way line

Some great goals here

His performance was great, his last goal was absolutely unbelievable…..
but….as I was actually there when Messi scored 5 goals as Barca thumped Bayer Leverkusen 7-1 in March, I just know that NOBODY will ever match the performance I saw from Messi, and from Barca that night. Messi was unbelievable. The rest were great too, Iniesta especially. Best two players I have ever seen ‘live’, Messi and Iniesta, for sure.
I’ve actually literally rubbed shoulders with Ibrahimovic when he was at Ajax Amsterdam and I had watched them train, back in 2004. As they left the training pitch, they all walked past, though I was more interested in getting coach Ronald Koeman’s signature, which I did. (along with those of Nigel De Jong-now at City, and Maxwell, at Barca, I think) Only when I looked back at photo’s did I realise Ibrahimovic was there, as he was unknown then.
That goal the other night was THAT good, the England players, to a man, should’ve stopped and applauded…..though if they had done, no doubt some clowns would’ve slammed them for it.
Wouldn’t be surprised if someone like Spurs or Arsenal took a punt on him. He’s 31 now, but still capable, obviously.
18 November 2012 at 12:12 am #96737some of our players have scored some great goals perhaps you have seen them on motd or even on line if you could be bothered
18 November 2012 at 1:08 am #96745Except they haven’t though have they?
Unless you’re talking about Lydons drop goal from his own half? Or boticas unerring precision? Yep, that would make more sense.
18 November 2012 at 9:55 pm #96767sorry mate you lost me there
