Zog replacement

Tyldesley Latic I agree, probably the only one whos seen the article and read it. Its just the Derry chairman, doesnt mean hes a ‘replacement’.

Yeah i think Victor will play most games this season but we still need a replacement. We had Cleverley last season aswell so thats 2 players were missing…. Victor to replace Zog and ??? to replace Clev. Even though i still feel Victor plays better behind the striker ie Sammon. But what do i know.

It’ll be Watson and Diame in the centre of midfield with McCarthy out left and Moses on the right.

I didn’t say it was what i would do, just what I expect will happen.
Clearly he thinks Watson has found his best position and he also likes Diame in the role he plays. He has played McCarthy out left before and with Moses on the right (or the 2 switching over from time to time). He then has Thomas and McArthur as cover for the centre and Gomez or Stam for the right. We are still light on cover for the left.
That’s what we have got so if he doesn’t play Jimmy Mac on the left who’s going to sit on the bench, Watson or Diame?
