Ashton Athletic veterans are to play host to Wigan Athletic past players in their annual charity game, this year in aid of the Emma Hoolin appeal.
Former Wigan Athletic players will provide the opposition for the Ashton Athletic veterans, and will see the likes of Stuart Barlow, David Glenn,Neil Rimmer and Kevin Langley pull on the Latics shirt once again, in order to do their bit for a good cause.
All the clubs facilities will be open on the night and we would welcome everyone to Ashton Athletic, for what we hope will be a successful and charitable evening.
Brocstedes Park , Ashton, WN4 0AR.
Kick off 7.30pm with a small gate charge of £3 for Adults and £1 for children.
To be fair, rugby is better than having my right leg sawn off.
Oh, it has just dawned on me that you might be talking about the M62 version, I’ll take it back :confusion-seeingstars:
There is a post somewhere with a link to the BBC predictor, much easier than working it out for yourself
I think grooming would be a better way of defining it.
However, if the Chelsea goal hadnt stood, it doesnt stand that we would have got 0-0, they would have piled the pressure on more.Unfortunately we will never know will we. Maybe you are right and we could have stung them on the counter, again, unfortunately we’ll never know.
They don’t do themselves any favours, but you’d better watch yourself, you might get a touchline ban for trying to say anything against them.
Maybe if we would of cleared the ball up field then they wouldn’t of got a corner :angry-banghead:Maybe if the ref had noticed that there was no contact on Torres that he gave the free kick for that they got the corner from, there wouldn’t have been a threat that we would have had to clear in the first place.
