Runners up to Altrincham in the Cheshire League
they said that for the newcastle game but 3,000 empty seatsNewcastle were only given, and sold, 4500 despite the fact that the North Stand holds around 5,400.
ES1 was netted off losing 400 or so plus a the area where the 12BET ad goes at the bottom of ES2.
I’d like to believe that if every other seat in the home end was sold that the ‘council’ wouldn’t prevent us from selling ES1 and all of ES2 if we actually could because of ‘health and safety’ [sic] reasons.
garswood is right the Fernhurst was subject to a management change a while ago and they turned it into home fans only.
You’ll probably need to go closer to the town centre for pubs that will let away fans in.
I’ll remain on the positive here.
Can’t see us not playing someone to prevent payment add ons and reckon it’s just down to form and competition for places.
However I do reckon that we haven’t seen the best of him yet.
31 tickets sold since this thread started. Just 814 to go…You’re forgetting that they will more than likely still mesh off ES1 which holds around 400 seats.
Apparently they sold out on Saturday and only bothered to open up the ticket office at 10am this morning with quite a few queueing outside only to be informed that no more tickets were available.
And no there won’t be any more.
I would love to see how far Norwich City would get if they pushed this any further.
Not very far would be my guess.
Now sold out goodpost
Probably not
Do you lot still gang up and bully people at your age?opps, sorry Griff
I thing you should all take a long hard (want of a better word) look at yourselves as you are behaiving like children.
People are allowed to change their opinions, there are a vast array of reasons and circumstances that can do that, you lot are no better than the playground bullies and should be ashamed of yourselves, I say again, GROW UP. If you can’t get by without abusing somebody, then jog on wierdoes.
There are more rugby fans in Wigan than Football supporters
I imagine that if you wanted to use the supporters club coaches to travel away then you’d be required to pay the joining fee of £5 irrelevant of how many games were left this season.
I don’t see a problem in paying £5 for both the right to use the bar before and after the home games and also travel on the coaches, if I so wished.
Plus rumour has it that there could well be free coaches laid on to an away game towards the end of the season just like they did last campaign.
If I recall correctly you either had to be a travel club member or open a 188 Bet account to travel free to West Ham in April.
The £5 membership fee now looks damned good value to me.
Time To Go!
Bobbys
Probably because we all went to the game, supporting our football team through thick and thin, bell end.We had a bad game, get over it and stop spouting the usual drival, Martinez out, were getting relegated, play is boring. Change the f***ing record and get behind them, support them, you are a disgrace to the term Wigan Athletic fan,
Done, great cause Jayt and good luck on the actual run sir.
Waiting for this one…
