The team are playing far better under Joyce than under Caldwell and I do agree with the others who point their fingers at the players..

I really don’t see how you can make this statement and besides the fact it’s contradictory. If the team is playing better why point the finger at the players.

The facts are that results are worse, performances are down, morale is low, there is no inspiration or creativity and no hope under this guy.

It will be embarrassing for the club but they need to admit they made a huge error and get rid. If that means putting Barrow in charge then so be it.

It is a massive piece of land at Charnock and if planning permission were granted for housing it must be worth a small fortune.
If WAFC own it, or at least the company that owns WAFC it could be an asset to sell on in the future to help with recruitment or our long term survival.

It is very difficult, if not almost impossible to get any form of housing built in Charnock Richard. If you tried to put a shed up there would be a protest outside.

They have tried for years to build an estate on the old Camelot site but planning permission always gets blocked. The land is effectively worthless unless it can be turned into a leisure / sporting facility … maybe a golf course!

and to be fair he has got them playing better recently, certainly better than anything we saw earlier in the season.

          .

Not sure how you come to this conclusion we have just lost to easily the worst side in the league. Caldwell was sacked after narrowly losing to Brighton (now top) and just off a run of one defeat in five.

Results and performance have gone rapidly downhill under Joyce.
