Thats the exact point though JR, we never do that do we . Spurs had bought themselves the breathing space to make subs, let us have possession and hit us on the break.
We never have any consistency and what Beausajour? was doing for that first goal, i’ll never know. We all know barring a miracle we are going down, just depends know on how we go about making the transition with or without the current manager.
We are going down barring a miracle?. We have to get a few more points than 3 other teams who are also struggling. Tough, yes, miracle noooooooo!!

What a journey! Not surprised by the inept performance just that this clown is still in a job and even more surprised people still back him.
Martinez out.
You ‘darksiders’ never give credit where its due and always look for the negatives. we had a shot –
off target mind you
great reading though
spurs 10 shots on target 6 off target
wigan 0 shots on target 1 off target[/quote]I suppose you stopped watching at ht, could have nicked a draw. Not bad from a team worth 4 bob against a team worth 4 billion. :woohoo:

What a journey!….and having said all that we could and should have crabbed a draw. Connor Sammon will be having nightmares tonight when he sees the match highlights.
If you girls had stopped squabbling, you would have seen a massive improvement in the second half.
I suppose it was down to spurs taking their foot off the gas but we were inches away from getting back in that game.
First half, worst I’ve seen from a Latics team since getting to the prem, including the 9-1 hammering. However, second half picked up the pace and gave it a go.. Lets hope they play like that for 90 mins on Saturday. :woohoo:From Matlock to ManU

What a journey!said that the Wigan fans will be happy with the signings that are coming into the club. 4 1/2 hours to go. Can’t wait B)
Nowt much he can do if the players don’t want to come after their teams have accepted our bids.
The disappointing thing will be if Bobby has no second choice players, its not as though this window has just opened and he has known for a while now that the Spurs game was on this day. :woohoo:From Matlock to ManU
What a journey!Glad that deal got nipped in the bud.

What a journey!Mariappa ,Johnson,Maynard all booted us in touch.Sorry Robbie but bottom 3 profile means only dollopers will sign.I’ve no problems with players who don;t want to come, it might be their loss in the end.
AJ …may end up sitting on the Fulham bench like he has done for most of the last 18 months or so.
NM…….could have had at least got 16 games or so playing in the prem. With wet Spam, who knows the wheels might fall off.
AM…I hope the barcodes don’t up their offer and he festers in the championship for the next 6-7 years.

What a journey!I would like Bobby and the team to focus on getting 3 points tonight and get no other fooker, any day.

What a journey!Novak Djokovic played something like 11 hours of gruelling tennis in the space of a couple of days which included so many energy sapping rallies its untrue ! The semi final alone against Murray was long and arduous but to go through 6 plus hours like that against one of the greatest players ever deserves some kudos. Now if any of our prima donna footballers and their managers happened to witness those 2 games I hope they realize that moaning about playing 3 hours of football in the space of 3 days is nothing compared to that !I’m sure they would struggle to last 10 mins of tennis if they had 10 other fookers trying to chop them in half at the knees whilst playing a back hand pass shot. :woohoo:

What a journey! Will the club ever give him a shirt number? :oTwo little ducks apparently from this photo of him training today.

What a journey! He must have been bladdered ;-http://www.wigantoday.net/sport/wigan-athletic/gomez_confident_of_giant_killing_1_4193546
There’s nowt in that article that makes me feel he was bladdered. Everything he says is quite true even not ruling out a Latics victory tomorrow. Last season everyone including me, thought we would get done by 5 or 6 goals and we won.

What a journey!Just goes to prove that you mustn’t read anything that appears on that NewsNow website. It’s run mainly by agents and friends of agents. :(
