if this message board or any message board affects your feelings in the way you describe it then it is for the best that you do not bother posting on here or any other message board that gets you down because if it gets you down so much then it will keep getting you down even more than it is getting you down at the moment my suggetion is unplug the computer for a week or so but hide the power lead out of harms way just to be on the safe side and lock all sharp objects in a safe place and hide all medicines so you will not find them and if you have any smiths cds then i suggest you put them with the other stuff i suggested you hide away earlier but try and be strong and look for the strong things in you life that will make you better about yourself and please do not do any self harming as it hurts :( :( :( :( :( :( :( :( :( :( :( :( :( :( :( :( :(

oh dear i am no trauma specialist but i am guessing he may have visited wigan at some stage in his life and been bummed till he passed out and woke up in a pool of sick down king street and when he woke up people were prodding him with sticks and laughing at his little willy then again i may be totally wrong and he just has other problems attached to a troubled upbringing when his uncle made him have a bath with him or something like that maybe :shock: :shock: :shock: :shock: :shock:
