I dont play but am fairly sure there was an article on it recently.
Apparently he does not usually do that bad putting aside last season.
I will always be sad to see a player leave who always gave 100% when he wears the latics shirt but with that being said he never really looked like he was going to start scoring at PL level.
The lack of faith in Di Santo was well documented on here last season but I think he always added something to the team even when his goalscoring was non exsistent something that Connor never really did.
1.2 Million to turn a profit is a good price for a striker who has not done the business and with Di Santo , Boselli and Kone ahead of him it was unlikely he would get any game time this season anyway.
Could be a good move for the player though and best of luck to him.

Not sure who you’re having a pop at there but my contact at the club only sells programmes and so would have been unlikely to know anyway.

If you take that out of the equation he has scored 95 goals in 220 appearances (according to wiki).
And thats mostly in the top division in Spain, Germany and Netherlands!!!

I would imagine he will pick up around the 40k mark at least plus more in image rights which puts our offer of 20k to shame by anybodys standards.

Tom Ince would be a cracking signing.
Dunno anything about Lee-Cung-Yung but hopefully they will take a look at Lee Chung-Yong while they are there.
