Wigan Athletic’s next opponents in the Carling Cup is Swansea City, the game will be played on Tuesday 26th October 2010, read on for more including offer on tickets.
Roberto Martinez will be facing his old side in the last 16 of the Carling Cup and I bet he is wondering what kind of reception he is going to receive.
He brought the South Wales club out of the wilderness and in doing so caught the eye of his old employer Dave Whelan. So much so that when Steve Bruce handed in his resignation Bobby was the only one on the chairman’s mind.
It didn’t go down too well at the Liberty Stadium and it will be interesting to see how much respect he is shown when they visit on October 26th. The kick off is 7.45 p.m. and tickets are on offer at just £10 for Adults and £5 for concessions.
On top of those prices, all season ticket holders will be able to BOGOF, every ticket purchased will have another given as well. The idea is so existing season ticket holders can bring along a mate for free; the offer has also been extended to the Swans fans as well.
