How do the experts see Wigan Athletic’s game against Bolton Wanderers, let’s have a look at how the pundits and bookies see this game going at the weekend….
Mark Lawrenson has gone for a 2-0 win for Bolton at the Reebok Stadium on Wednesday. The BBC pundit is currently lying 4th in the Cockney Latic Prediction League and that shows that he knows his stuff.
He said about his prediction; Worryingly for Wigan, apart from Steven Caldwell at the back, they are a little soft and that is sure to get tested at the Reebok Stadium and I’m not convinced Wigan will be able to cope with strike pair Kevin Davies and Johan Elmander.
Bolton know their strengths and weaknesses and have added some more guile to their play under Owen Coyle, who has really improved the team. They are now playing more progressively and are also very strong at home.
Of the Prediction League users (sponsored by Work It Recruitment) over 25% are going for a 1-1 draw, 13/2 on Betfair. It is a huge game for Latics on the back of a bad performance in midweek. But this is the time when we seem to pull out the stops and how good it would be to see us beat our Horwich neighbours
