Just rang ticket office for extra tickets for Wembley.
Reply where would you like to sit take your pick
Why when we are 90 mins away from Europe have we not at least nearly sold out embarassed by our support sometimes.
Arr well will just have to shout and sing louder
Come on lads get behind the team and get your tickets
We don’t have 32000 fans?[/quote]
According to the stats, there’s only 11 clubs in the country that do have this many fans. Millwall will, or will come close to selling out, but the tables would be turned if the game was at Old Trafford.
We have more than 15000 though which they say we have sold and we took 20+ to Cardiff
Lets hope we at least get 20000
We also have a whacking unemployment rate as well and many on minimum wage in the Wigan area ,Some maybe edgeing there bets and saving up for the final although would be dearer but a possible trophy at the end of that game
May I also remind you of a certain semi final home game against Arsenal where the overal attendance was just 12,181. We’re at least taking more to London against a poorer team this time.
Semi shouldn’t be at wembley, end of. Costs too much, the travel isn’t fair for both sides and it takes some of the prestige away from the final, nonsense idea to pay for wembley.
undrstand all the ifs and buts BUT this is wembley in a FA semi final and poss european tour bigger game than the final for me
That’s because you’re a fan who attends games, and we have around 15,000 fans like that.
The people who jump onto the passing bandwaggon at the first sign of a bit of glory (like the coachloads who dragged their Wigan RL shirts out of mothballs when they reached their Challenge Cup Final each year) will suddenly appear for the final and a lot of them will be hugely disappointed when they can’t get a ticket.
