I would say inbetween 16, 000 and 20, 000 and millwall have not sold out and they are not asking for anymore.

they can’t ask for anymore,fa rules.
also on millwall forum about selling all there allocation.
this is why we are not going to sell all ours.just as they would’nt if it was at old trafford.they played sunderland in there last semi at old trafford.sunderland sold out.

We did not sell our allocation against Sunderland. The demand was less due to date, location, etc etc.

It was an earlier K.O, that coupled with the journey time made it difficult.

The database selling system we have works well when we play the likes of United or Liverpool, in that it prevents a load of away fans in the home end. Theres still some that manage it, though.

The mad thing about it is that I know of a few people who have been to games in the past, I mean the odd game against non-local opposition, or even just ONE game, and they are on the Database.

And they aren’t even Wigan Athletic supporters. My mate and his dad went to a game V West Ham because his dad is from Kent and used to follow the Hammers. They could go straight down and get WEmbley tickets, if they wanted to.

They could yes. They aren’t Wigan fans so probably wouldn’t.

As I keep saying, if you claim to be a Wigan fan but haven’t been to a game in 15 years why should you get a ticket above those who have be it 1 game or 1000 games?
