Anyone having problems buying tickets online?
I’m choosing the match, logging in and getting this: “Event is no longer in event list”
Anyone else?

I went through the whole thing, got in a queue to finalise the tickets. Said it failed and that the basket will be released. In my transaction history the tickets are there saying they have been purchased but no confirmation email and I can’t buy any more as it says my client code has been used to buy the other tickets.
This happened to anybody else?

21 April 2013 at 2:54 pm #110388Just do a screen print of the page – but e-mail may just take a little longer. Mine came quickly, but e-mails are notoriously fickle critters.

No real problems, had to log in twice in order to get four tickets using two season tickets , therefore couldn’t get all four seats together. Bit of a pain if you are a family with kids.
21 April 2013 at 3:19 pm #110392All you had to do was create a group at the bottom of the page and then you can get 4 tickets together with two client codes.
Then you could have all sat together.

Too late to advise you now I’m afraid, but if anyone else is doing this you put in the number of tickets you want eg 4, and then it’ll ask you to assign the others to another client code. You’ll get them all together.

Thanks for the advice.tried to create a group but it kept crashing. Not a big deal as only one row apart.

I had that for the semi final. Cleared cookies and internet history and it worked fine. Might have turned it off and on again too.
21 April 2013 at 4:25 pm #110399Booked 7 online, no problems at all. Not quite sure why you want to queue all night when you can order from comfort of own home particularly as most will have Internet access in this day and age. Suppose only concern is postman half inching them!
