Too late to advise you now I’m afraid, but if anyone else is doing this you put in the number of tickets you want eg 4, and then it’ll ask you to assign the others to another client code. You’ll get them all together.
Garswood, when you active a client code how long does it normally take to register? It’s not letting me assign extra tickets for some reason.
Have you put in both client code and the surname? And made sure they’re correct? (I’m not being patronising by the way, just trying to figure why there may be a problem)
If your account is already set you just need additional client codes and surname to assign tickets to them – you don’t need to set up an additional account. Should take as long as it takes to input a few numbers and a name.

Yes did all of that but for some reason i can’t buy four tickets in one go. can only seem to enter one client code? Probably me that is the problem but will buy at the ticket office tomorrow.
Thanks Anyway
I can’t remember exactly each page but you sign in with one client code and name. You then say you want “4”.
It’ll show 2 assigned to your code, and then ask you to allocate or some similar wording the others. Go to each one and click on the “assign”.
You’ll then get a choice of someone from your own list, or outside your circle. If you click that, you can then enter another client code and name. You then go back and do the same for the fourth one.

That’s how it worked for me anyway.
