Anyone having problems buying tickets online?
I’m choosing the match, logging in and getting this: “Event is no longer in event list”
Anyone else?
no problems at all. tickets bought by ten past ten. credit to the box office staff ( or whoever implemented the system)
I went through the whole thing, got in a queue to finalise the tickets. Said it failed and that the basket will be released. In my transaction history the tickets are there saying they have been purchased but no confirmation email and I can’t buy any more as it says my client code has been used to buy the other tickets.
This happened to anybody else?

Just do a screen print of the page – but e-mail may just take a little longer. Mine came quickly, but e-mails are notoriously fickle critters.
No real problems, had to log in twice in order to get four tickets using two season tickets , therefore couldn’t get all four seats together. Bit of a pain if you are a family with kids.
All you had to do was create a group at the bottom of the page and then you can get 4 tickets together with two client codes.
Then you could have all sat together.
Didn’t need to log in twice.
Too late to advise you now I’m afraid, but if anyone else is doing this you put in the number of tickets you want eg 4, and then it’ll ask you to assign the others to another client code. You’ll get them all together.
Thanks for the advice.tried to create a group but it kept crashing. Not a big deal as only one row apart.

I had that for the semi final. Cleared cookies and internet history and it worked fine. Might have turned it off and on again too.
