I went through the whole thing, got in a queue to finalise the tickets. Said it failed and that the basket will be released. In my transaction history the tickets are there saying they have been purchased but no confirmation email and I can’t buy any more as it says my client code has been used to buy the other tickets.
No real problems, had to log in twice in order to get four tickets using two season tickets , therefore couldn’t get all four seats together. Bit of a pain if you are a family with kids.
Too late to advise you now I’m afraid, but if anyone else is doing this you put in the number of tickets you want eg 4, and then it’ll ask you to assign the others to another client code. You’ll get them all together.
Booked 7 online, no problems at all. Not quite sure why you want to queue all night when you can order from comfort of own home particularly as most will have Internet access in this day and age. Suppose only concern is postman half inching them!
