What a journey!I agree with JR on this one. We can’t really say why he’s done this – but our club website is surprisingly quiet on this! Talk earlier this month was that us and Blackburn were speaking about the player – perhaps (as an alternative theory) they wanted money that we weren’t prepared to pay, and so between us and Mulgrew we’ve come up with this plan to “force their hand”!
Who knows? I certainly don’t!

Many theories..any could be on the money. Blackburn have a defensive injury issue so maybe he sees a chance of getting back in. Whatever the reason in 2 weeks we’ll know.
Certainly took corners and free kicks, never took or missed a penalty though (for us) …don’t think he’s missed any or certainly not many Pens for Blackburn ?

He was on a season long loan, his contract ends with Blackburn 31/05/2020 so he could comfortably sit it out with us then move were ever in the summer.Force Blackburn’s hand into what ? what get Blackburn to command a fee from us in Jan for a player we already had on loan and could sign for free in June ?.

I beg to differ, as stated above it’s a high wage bill Blackburn do not ned right now. I’d like bet it’s something to do with playtime and the lack of once he comes back,
