Di Canio will get his first win this weekend and you will lose you 20 dabs.
12 April 2013 at 5:37 pm #109003I thought it, but as there is no referral link or anything I let it go…
FA Cup Winners 2013, sounds good that
12 April 2013 at 6:24 pm #109008I fancy Sunderland to beat Newcastle myself. I like Paulo Di Canio, he seems a great motivator.

14 April 2013 at 3:44 pm #109165But he got the trains to run on time, so can’t have been all bad.
14 April 2013 at 3:55 pm #109166Well that bet went West with Liverpool drawing at Reading.
14 April 2013 at 4:19 pm #109173Well that bet went West with Liverpool drawing at Reading.Yep, and half the games still to play.
I do a bet like that once in a while, and the most I’ve won is £3300, that was 7 years ago, bets like that are good odds for a reason, because they hardly ever come in. It’s a lottery bet, there’s not a man alive can predict 7 games for ‘certain’ if there was you can be sure there wouldn’t be any bookies to place a bet at!
14 April 2013 at 5:57 pm #109186I believe that Paddy Power are quite good.
Yes – Paddy Power.
It’s Paddy Power that will get you the best odds.
What’s the name? Paddy Power.
Or SpammersUnlimited, as they’re sometimes called. ;)

Guess it wasn’t quite “nailed on” after all… glad I saved that 20 ;)
Isn’t it a tenner for a 4 pint jug in Frankie & Benny’s that would mean 8 pints.
Do you go in their on match days? Are there any more tics in there as well, do they go in for food, I usually go in there when we go to see a film and quite like it , never thought of going match days, does it get any away fans in?It’s about £4.10 a pint – don’t know how much cheaper the pitchers work out at.
Ye there’s always about 10 of us on a table in the corner (turn left as you walk in and we’re there).
Get quite a few Wiganers in there – more so after the game.
Always a good atmosphere (especially after a win), but you’ve been warned about the prices ;)
I usually drink bottles of Magners in there, and it’s £3.95 for a 330ml bottle… not the cheapest in the world!

Wish I’d of backed Sunderland now.
15 April 2013 at 3:45 pm #109408I had a great day Saturday (as everyone did) and I had a few little bets as I usually do on Saturday. I had a nice treble in with Bolton, Doncaster and Notts County winning with a return of £104 from a fiver.
I also do a lottery win style accumulator and I never usually get even close. I put £1 on the following:
Arsenal 3 Norwich 1
Southampton 1 West Ham 1
Millwall 0 Wigan 2
Everton 2 QPR 1It works out at around 5000/1 and I missed out because QPR didn’t score :(
