Moreover, if you are going to get done for pace, then take one for the team (e.g. Ramis – 1st goal …he ain’t even quick, or smart (?) enough
to do that.

Not seen any highlights or anything. Final Score pundits said we were “The most frustrating team….either brilliant or awful…..and today, they are very poor”.

So having not seen any of the action, I can’t say a lot about it. That said, I’m a bit concerned how the rot has set in of late. We look a relegation side going off recent form. I said to my dad the other day “Do you think we’ll go down this season?” and he said “No, I think we will survive again, as other teams will do worse”.

I’m not sure. Will there be worse teams than ourselves? You would probably think so. But really? We’ve won ONCE so far this season and have lost far too many of our opening few games. Ok, we won at Southampton, but for me, if they come to the DW later on in the season and beat us, that victory down there is worthless.

How do we sort things? It would seem that we need to get Alcaraz fit and in the side again. I’m not blaming Ramis, but I just want Alcaraz back in the side. I’ve read the comments about Routledge skinning him, and to be fair, Routledge is a decent player on his day. I thought that when he was at Newcastle.

I believe that Roberto will have to bring in two or three new faces in January, perhaps another Premier League young star, but maybe also another experienced head. I’d also like to see us testing the water with a bid for Kris Commons at Celtic. We should’ve had him about 3 years ago. I’m not a fan of Beausejour, personally, and since Moses went, we have no wide player capable of getting to the byline and beating his man.

I think we may need to spend a bit of money to stay up this season. I think we haven’t got a bad squad really, but its a bit stale. I would like to see McManaman and Myaichi getting a bit more game time. And will Boselli get a chance? I can see us knocking 3 or 4 in against Bradford, but will Roberto shake up his pack a bit? I don’t know.

I’m not panicking….theres plenty of time yet, but we just can’t seem to get going yet, this season.

seriously, for all the games you’ve allegedly watched, that’s the best you can offer….

personally, I don’t buy it (your feedback).

we are currently shipping goals at the rate of 2 a game (15 in 8), all pretty much legitimate (i.e. no 15x D Welbeck earned penalties etc.)

I’d say we’re getting pretty much what we deserve at present.

Most pundits will tell you if you leak goals (Martinez keeps talking about lapses of concentration / poor intensity), you’re going to make life diffcult for yourselves. Not rocket science.

We obviously need to get back to basics – start from difficult to beat / clean sheet principle, and work from there.

The ONE positive to date – Kone’s induction – unlucky to have the goal chalked off yesterday. Practically, 1 goal in 2; promising match-up with Di Santo (excellent combined goals output).

Pray Alcaraz returns against the Hammers; otherwise our 2 hotshots are going to have to score 3 to win !!!!!!!!
