The atmosphere in the squad reminds me of the days before Jewell arrived. Too many happy to pick their wages up, without putting the effort in.
Doesn’t seem to be any ‘togetherness’, I mean like the team we had in the first Premiership season. No heart, and certainly no bol*ocks to the team.
But then again, you get rid of players like Roberts, Bullard, Cattermole, Palacios, etc, even Kilbane, who was a 100%er with a heart, and what do you expect?Shocking, shocking squad we have got.

It’s not a shocking squad, that’s way too harsh. They may have no respect for Martinez at the moment and to be fair, he has to earn that.

Hmmmmmnnn, you are obviously an optimist, Griff. I don’t hold much hope with this current bunch. The squad in ‘Escape To Victory’, led my John Colby, and marshalled so well by Terry Brady, had more togetherness than this lot, despite being up against dirty gets who got away with foul after foul, and a referee who was as biased as they come.

Again, you have raised the points I made, back in August, that were 100% valid at the time. Don’t try and deny it.
However, since then, Roberto has worked to ship-out individuals who were not contributing anything to the squad, and has brought in some new faces.
All you have done there, Bob, is to show everybody that I was RIGHT. Again.
