I was thinking of getting out somewhere myself, do you think if I fished ‘Beresford Street’ it would be better to chuck a method feeder into the deeper water under the bridge or fish the shallower margins tight under no.8s door step.

Not really. “Get a peg” is just a variation on the “get a room” retort that is commonly used when two poeple have a private conversation on a public forum, that’s all. I thought it was quite witty. You probably don’t feel like laughing too muhc due to the pain from that huge chip on your shoulder

Mr. Grief, what you are missing is going angling, it’s fekin great, been tonight, didn’t catch, but still had a lovely evening sat alone by the river.
As for you Mr. LMB. I think you are near the correct method for catching a PB rugby mon.Personally I would fish a chunk of pork on a hair/combi rig.Wrap the pork with cheese paste.Use a baitrunner as the fat feker will scream away with the bait.

I’ll never get it as long as I live, Arky. But I love playing golf and I know that many find that to be totally tedious too.
It would be a very boring world if we all liked and did the same things.
