I work with a number of Birmingham City fans and they’ve been having a laugh at my expense this morning.
They say last season he was OK, but this season he’s done utterly nothing.
Not being a dark-sider, I reckon thay maybe he’ll be another N’Zogbia for us. But then again, maybe not.
Were they the same Birmingham fans who laughed when we ‘took Palacios off thier hands’? Or the same ones who got relegated last season…

The following is an interesting article written by (what appears to be) a fairly sensible blogger…someone who has watched him over the years.
What is really interesting though is what ‘Masaccio’ says in the comments at 9:28am (anyone recognise some of those feelings) and also what ‘parkp’ says at 11:19am.
Poor financial planning/management will see the ‘death knell’ for many a club (across all leagues)…..look at Portsmouth again.
Not seen enough of the lad and therefore don’t know if he is an out and out winger or someone who can play more centrally (in place of Gomez, maybe?) or even as a sriker??? If he is just another wide player then it does seem a bit of strange one. Unless he has a really good mate who goes everywhere with him who can play centre-half Reet done some digging on this fella. Apparently he can play centre-midfield and left-back but is likely to have been bought to play as a wing-back, which is his preferred position.
If so, that probably will enable us to go bakc to the three at the back which everybody seems to think is the way to go.
i agree, i reckon rm will play him at left wing back, should give us a bit of balance down that side
